Welcome to our shipping and returns page. Here, you can find all the necessary details about our shipping process and return policies.

Shipping Information

ManKave ships orders from multiple warehouses and, in some cases, directly from the manufacturer. Orders are typically shipped within 1-7 days after purchase. To help reduce costs and pass on savings to you, we ship from various warehouses and directly from manufacturers, ensuring you receive the latest products as quickly as possible. If your order contains items from different warehouses, these may be shipped separately.

We always aim to use shipping methods with tracking services. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel on our Tracking Page, which will be available 5-10 days after receiving the tracking details.


Shipping within the UK

  • Standard Shipping: £2.89

  • Free Shipping: On orders over £30

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically within 7-10 days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and warehouse location. Some items may take longer, and this is indicated on the product page.

Please note, items coming from warehouses outside the UK and EU may incur additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order.


International Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: £2.89

  • Free Shipping: On orders over £30

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • EU: 10-18 days

    • US: 7-18 days

    • Delivery times vary based on the item and shipping location. Please allow up to 35 days for international deliveries and track your parcel before contacting us via 'My Account'.

Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or fees.


 Order Cancellations

Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel or refund your payment. However, if you wish to return the item once it arrives, please contact us for further assistance.


Returns Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Some items may incur a restocking fee in certain cases.

  • Items that are made to order or personalized are not eligible for a return unless they are faulty.

  • Exempt items: Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids. Customized or printed items are also excluded from returns, unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos or videos showing the damage, and we will assist with the return or replacement process.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Health and personal care items


Return Process
To complete a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase/Order number. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us for an RMA number and the return address.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us at customerservice@mankave.co.uk.


Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if items are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at customerservice@mankave.co.uk.


Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued once the returned item is received.


Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the cost of return shipping deducted.
